Clinical Laboratory Price Transparency Act H.R.4882
We are committed to providing affordable and transparent pricing as we are preparing for the “Clinical Laboratory transparency Act of 2023” to be enacted January 1, 2025, pricing for our lab tests. More so our transparency is that we utilize the CMS 2024 fee schedule, our prices listed represent our maximum charge master rates for laboratory tests. Depending on your insurance plan, Contract, and medical necessity, some or all of these costs may be covered. Please note that this list is not exhaustive and may not reflect the most current prices.
